i found the location perfect directly on Graben. i could reach Stephansdom after only a 5 minute walk. All other attractions were also within easy reach. breakfast was very good i appreciate the staff.

the room was a bit different than the photos i had seen it wasn't a major issue though.

This hotel has a VERY central location. It's close to many shops and cafes. The hotel is also near an underground station. The breakfast had great variety and wonderful coffee.

I noticed the armchairs in the room were not very comfortable. This was a minor inconvenience.

The breakfast had many delicious choices! the location is fantastic. It is right on graben. the access to public transport was great. the christmas markets were within walking distance!

they did not consult me for approval. the amount was not worth this money. i should have been able to decline that offer and book a second night at the market price.

the room was not similar to the photos. it was like sleeping in a cupboard. the toilet bowl was the first thing i saw entering the room.
